Summary
- Transcorp achieved its highest-ever profitability from operations in FY26.
- The company now holds an operative bank account with the RBI.
- A total dividend of 30% is recommended for the financial year 2025-26.

Transcorp International Limited reported its most profitable quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company's Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the financial year 2025-26 reached an unprecedented Rs. 897.79 Lakhs, marking a substantial 2.5X growth compared to the previous fiscal year.
This strong performance enabled the Board to recommend a total dividend of 30% for FY26, comprising a 10% interim dividend and a 20% final dividend. This reflects the company's consistent commitment to shareholder value and healthy cash flows.
In a landmark achievement, Transcorp has become one of the first non-bank entities to establish an operative bank account with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This strategic move allows for direct participation in inter-bank settlements and other banking advantages, reinforcing its position in India's digital financial services ecosystem.
Furthermore, Transcorp has secured authorization from the RBI to facilitate trade and business-related outward and inward remittances, a facility previously exclusive to banks. The company also reported nil public fixed deposits and long-term borrowings, having fully repaid all such liabilities, leading to optimized finance costs.
CEO (Payment Systems), Ayan Agarwal, highlighted the company's "In-Principle Approval" from the RBI in January 2026 for participation in the Centralised Payment Systems framework. Transcorp also emerged as the largest non-bank entity in terms of transaction value across various Indian payment networks.
