Titan America Revenue Surges Amid Mid-Atlantic Boom
29 Jul
Summary
- Second-quarter revenue climbed 9.6% to $471 million, boosted by Keystone acquisition.
- Mid-Atlantic segment saw a 27% revenue increase, driven by strong demand.
- Adjusted EBITDA rose slightly despite margin decline and Florida's softer market.

Titan America announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results, revealing a notable 9.6% year-over-year revenue increase to $471 million. This growth was partly attributed to a $20 million contribution from the recent acquisition of Keystone Cement Company. Adjusted EBITDA saw a modest rise of 1.3% to $101 million, though the adjusted EBITDA margin decreased to 21.4% from 23.2% in the prior year. Net income for the quarter was $43 million, or $0.23 per share, a decrease from $51 million, or $0.28 per share, in the same period of 2025.
The company's strong performance in the Mid-Atlantic region significantly offset challenges faced in Florida. The Mid-Atlantic segment's external revenue grew by 27% to $214 million, with adjusted EBITDA increasing by 30% to $53 million. This surge was driven by demand from sectors including data centers, commercial construction, and infrastructure projects, as well as strong legacy cement operations and ready-mix concrete revenue growth.
