Summary
- Revenue from operations doubled to ₹2,437.55 crore in Q2 FY27.
- Consolidated net profit fell 57.7% to ₹22.26 crore due to integration expenses.
- Volume grew 160% year-on-year to 8.9 million cases in the quarter.

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd (TIL) announced a substantial increase in revenue from operations, which doubled to ₹2,437.55 crore for the September quarter of FY27, compared to ₹896.92 crore in the same period last year. This remarkable top-line growth was fueled by a 160% year-on-year increase in volume, totaling 8.9 million cases.
Despite the revenue surge, TIL's consolidated net profit for the quarter declined by 57.7% to ₹22.26 crore. This reduction was primarily due to exceptional expenses amounting to ₹10.94 crore associated with the integration of the Imperial Blue business division, acquired from Pernod Ricard India. Profit before exceptional items and tax was down 37.16% to ₹33.24 crore.
Chairman & Managing Director Amit Dahanukar noted that while primary volumes remained stable, secondary volumes showed robust growth. Imperial Blue further solidified its market position with a gain of over 100 basis points in pan-India market share during the quarter. TIL is the manufacturer of Mansion House Brandy and Imperial Blue Whisky.
