Tega Industries Earnings Plummet 63% Amid Revenue Slump

Tega Industries Ltd. disclosed a substantial decrease in its earnings for the third quarter, ending December 31, 2025. Both revenue and operating performance exhibited a year-on-year decline.
The company's net profit slumped by 63.3%, reaching ₹19.7 crore for the quarter. This is a significant drop from the ₹54.2 crore reported in the same period of the previous year.
Revenue also experienced a contraction, slipping 1.3% to ₹403.7 crore from ₹409.2 crore a year ago. This indicated muted top-line growth during the period.
Operating profit faced considerable pressure, with Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) declining by 48.7% to ₹46.6 crore. The EBITDA margin narrowed sharply by 1070 basis points, falling to 11.5% from 22.2% in the comparable year-ago quarter.
Following the announcement, shares of Tega Industries closed down 2.01% at ₹1,759 per share.
