Digital bookings now account for nearly 87% of LPG transactions, enhanced by OTP verification for secure deliveries.
Furthermore, the company is rigorously addressing concerns related to black marketing and hoarding. Over 7,500 inspections have been conducted, leading to actions against 141 distributors, including suspensions. In collaboration with other oil companies and state authorities, approximately 68,000 raids have occurred, resulting in 855 FIRs and the seizure of over 48,000 cylinders, underscoring a commitment to supply continuity and strict enforcement against irregularities.
