SRF Ltd. has announced a substantial 59.6% year-on-year increase in its net profit for the third quarter, reaching Rs 433 crore. This marks a significant improvement from the Rs 271 crore reported in the same period last year. The company's financial filing on Tuesday also highlighted a 6.3% growth in its top line.
Revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 3,713 crore, up from Rs 3,491 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also saw a healthy increase of 26%, amounting to Rs 780 crore, with the margin expanding to 21% from 17.7%.
Further demonstrating its financial health, SRF Ltd. declared a second interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. Shareholders will be eligible based on the record date of January 27, 2026, with dividend payments expected on or before February 17, 2026. The company also reported a Rs 99 crore tax write-back.
