Summary
- Google commits $920 million monthly for compute capacity.
- Deal provides over 110,000 Nvidia GPUs and CPUs.
- Agreement runs from October 2026 to June 2029.

SpaceX has entered into a significant multi-year cloud services agreement with Google, securing essential computing capacity. This deal, effective from October 2026 until June 2029, will see Google pay $920 million monthly.
The agreement includes access to approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, CPUs, and other components, bolstering SpaceX's AI infrastructure. This follows a similar arrangement with Anthropic for its Colossus 1 facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
These compute-capacity agreements with both Google and Anthropic are collectively valued at over $70 billion, reinforcing SpaceX's position in the AI market. The Google contract requires SpaceX to provide the agreed-upon GPUs by September 30, 2026, with termination clauses for non-compliance.
Either party can terminate the agreement after December 31, 2026, with 90 days' notice. Google will retain ownership of its content, AI models, and associated data.
