Solis Minerals Drills into Brazil's Lithium Potential
13 Aug
Summary
- Solis Minerals has completed initial diamond drill holes at its Brazilian lithium project.
- Assay results from the Mandacaru Lithium Project are pending laboratory analysis.
- A 2,500-meter drilling program at the Cinto Copper Project in Peru is slated to begin in August 2026.

Solis Minerals has advanced its exploration efforts by completing the initial three diamond drill holes at its 100%-owned Mandacaru Lithium Project in Brazil. These holes successfully intersected pegmatites below surface, aligning with the company's geological model. Drilling is now ongoing at a fourth location, PDH-08, as part of the program to test a lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite corridor. Laboratory assay results for these completed holes are anticipated soon.
Simultaneously, Solis Minerals is gearing up for a significant drilling campaign at the Cinto Copper Project in Peru. The company has finalized a drilling contract for an initial 2,500-meter program, utilizing approximately five diamond holes. This program is scheduled to commence in August 2026 and will focus on high-priority copper porphyry targets identified through extensive geochemical and geophysical surveys.
