Smalls Sliders has officially launched its first location in Ohio, situated in South Point. The grand opening, which took place on Tuesday, July 21, introduced the brand's signature cheeseburger sliders, waffle fries, and shakes to the Buckeye State. Brothers Beckett and Sam Gue, seasoned multi-unit restaurant operators, are at the helm of this expansion.
The South Point "Can" will serve as the gateway to the Tri-State region, welcoming guests from Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Ahead of the opening, the Gue family honored Greg Elmore, a beloved community member, as a Smalls Town Hero, presenting a charitable donation in his name. The brothers, who grew up in South Point, expressed their excitement to create jobs and support local organizations.
This South Point restaurant is the first of more than five Smalls Sliders locations planned for the region under a multi-unit development agreement. The brand is known for its cooked-to-order cheeseburger sliders and unique "Smorange" Can design, made from shipping containers.
