Skoda Auto India has achieved a major sales milestone, selling over 50,000 units of its sub-4m SUV, the Kylaq. This success was instrumental in the brand's best sales year in 2025, its 25th year in India. The company is expanding the Kylaq's variant line-up for 2026.
The Kylaq's range has grown from four to six variants across 11 price points. New trims like Classic+ and Prestige+ offer greater customer flexibility. The Classic+ variant is notable for being the most affordable in its segment to feature a torque converter automatic transmission.
Enhanced safety remains a focus, with the Kylaq holding the highest Bharat NCAP rating for an ICE vehicle in its category. Standard across all variants are six airbags and over 25 safety features. Higher trims boast over 40 safety features.
