Seamus Ruiz-Earle, born in October 1999, established himself as a prominent figure in enterprise technology before the age of 25. He founded the Carabiner Group, a consultancy that developed and trademarked the RevOps-as-a-Service model. This innovative firm, launched from his bedroom during the COVID-19 pandemic, was successfully sold to SBI in May 2024 for a high seven-figure sum, notably without ever raising external capital.
Ruiz-Earle's achievements were recognized when Forbes included him in their 2023 30 Under 30 list for Enterprise Technology. His journey in tech began unexpectedly at 17 when he secured an opportunity to set up Salesforce CRM at Prager & Co. This experience led him to become the youngest Trailhead Ranger in Salesforce history by age 18.
Currently, Ruiz-Earle directs Carabiner Capital, a private family office focused on technology, software, and services investments. He also holds the position of Managing Director of Revenue Operations and Technology at SBI. Additionally, he has chaired the Bay Area nonprofit Michael's Way since 2016, supporting child victims of violent crime.
