This union is poised to develop a next-generation media and entertainment entity, enhancing Bhansali Productions' capacity to produce content and scale its operations while retaining intellectual property rights.
As part of the agreement, Bhansali Productions will exclusively license all future film music to Saregama, ensuring a consistent flow of content and cost control for the music company. Saregama plans to gradually streamline its own film production to focus on such strategic partnerships, anticipating this move to be EPS accretive by FY27.
