Salesforce Hires Clockwise Team, Company Shuts Down
23 Mar
Summary
- Salesforce acquires Clockwise's team, not the company.
- Clockwise will cease operations on March 27, 2026.
- Reclaim offers matching prices for migrating Clockwise users.

Salesforce is set to bolster its Agentforce division by hiring the entire team from the scheduling startup Clockwise. This acquisition, however, focuses solely on the talent and does not include the company itself. Consequently, Clockwise has announced it will be shutting down its operations.
The company's final day of service will be March 27, 2026. All customer data will be permanently deleted prior to the shutdown. Clockwise is directing its users to consider Reclaim, a competitor, as an alternative solution. To facilitate this transition, Reclaim has committed to matching Clockwise's current subscription prices.
This strategic move brings Clockwise's founding team and their expertise in agentic software development to Salesforce's Agentic Enterprise. While Salesforce has not detailed specific plans for the new recruits, the acquisition aligns with Agentforce's recent substantial growth. The Agentforce business has seen its annual recurring revenue increase by 169%, now reaching $800 million.
