Overall topline revenue for the quarter reached $309 million, a 17% increase compared to the prior year's second quarter. Subscription revenue contributed significantly, rising 19% to $295 million. SailPoint also generated $45 million in operating cash flow and $37 million in free cash flow.
The adoption of SailPoint's AI-enabled solutions by existing customers showed impressive results, with a 60% increase in their annual spend. These AI solutions were integrated into over two-thirds of completed migrations during the quarter.
Key strategic initiatives included the launch of the SailPoint Identity Security solution and the Cursor Enterprise connector, aimed at managing both human and AI agent identities. Despite these advancements, AI-driven ARR currently represents a smaller portion of the total ARR and faces intense competition.
