Panda, who began his career with SAIL as a Management Trainee (Technical) in 1992, has over thirty years of dedicated service. His tenure as Director (Finance) saw him spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
Looking ahead, Panda emphasized SAIL's trajectory towards a 35 MTPA expansion. He highlighted the paramount importance of safety across all operational sites. Strengthening raw material security through domestic mining and exploring overseas assets are key to supporting this ambitious growth.
