Papers were first filed in 2021 for the Rochester location, with a previous projection suggesting a possible opening by the 2021 Thanksgiving holiday. PN Restaurants also has ambitious plans for expansion, intending to open a second Rochester outlet in the Chateau Circle area in Spring 2027.
