Reliance Industries posted a marginal 0.56% year-on-year growth in its third-quarter consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 18,645 crore. The company's revenue from operations experienced an 11% increase, reaching Rs 2.69 lakh crore during the same period, reflecting robust business activity and expansion. This performance highlights Reliance's steady progress in its fiscal reporting cycle.
Led by strong performances in its Jio and Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) businesses, Reliance Industries reported a 6% year-on-year rise in EBITDA to Rs 50,932 crore. Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani indicated that Reliance is embarking on a new phase of value creation, focusing on AI and New Energy initiatives, aiming to provide sustainable solutions globally.
Significant investments were noted in the O2C and new energy sectors, alongside continued expansion of Jio and Retail networks. Reliance Jio's third-quarter net profit grew by 11% year-on-year, driven by subscriber additions and increased Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), demonstrating the sustained momentum in its digital and telecom ventures.
