Financially, REC Ltd. reported a net profit of Rs 4,052 crore for the December quarter. This figure is nearly flat when compared to the Rs 4,076 crore posted in the same period last year.
However, the company did experience growth in its top line. Total income rose by 5.4%, reaching Rs 15,058 crore in the quarter, an increase from Rs 14,287 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
