Realty Firm Sells Massive Office Space in Mumbai for Whopping ₹304 Crore

As of November 11, 2025, Mumbai-based real estate developer Kalpataru Ltd has sold a significant amount of office space in its commercial project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The company has offloaded five floors, totaling 93,266 sq ft of carpet area, to a shipping firm for a whopping ₹304 crore.
Kalpataru Ltd, which recently got listed on stock exchanges, is developing the 'Kalpataru Virtus' commercial project in Vikhroli (East), spanning around 2.75 lakh sq ft of carpet area. The project is expected to be completed by December 2027.
Over the past year, Kalpataru Ltd has managed to sell commercial properties worth approximately ₹1,200 crore. Currently, the company has about 2.5 lakh sq ft of premium commercial space available for sale in the market.
