Radial Entertainment has announced that Jeff Shultz will become its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Shultz, who previously held key strategy and business development roles at Paramount Streaming, is recognized for his instrumental part in the growth of Pluto TV, a leader in free streaming services.
He takes over from Garson Foos, who will transition to the position of Executive Chairman on Radial's board. Foos co-founded Shout! Entertainment and played a crucial role in guiding the company through its acquisition by Radial and the subsequent integration of Shout! Studios and FilmRise.
Shultz expressed excitement about leading Radial into its next phase, aiming to establish it as a premier independent entity in the global streaming landscape. He highlighted the company's strong foundation, extensive content catalog, and diversified distribution channels, bolstered by support from Oaktree.
