Currently, one in every three loans is disbursed through digital channels.

The bank is also enhancing customer service and branch experience. A new QR code-based feedback system has been deployed across all 10,228 branches, allowing for real-time customer input that will influence employee performance. Furthermore, PNB is undertaking a nationwide branch revamp, expected to be completed by June 30, blending traditional banking credibility with modern technology.

PNB plans to expand its specialized start-up branches, modeled after its New Delhi branch, with 10-12 new locations opening across the country, including two in Kerala. These branches will offer financial and advisory support to start-ups. In Kerala specifically, PNB targets 20% business growth this fiscal, aiming for a ₹25,000 crore business volume.
