Summary

- Camps held on first and third Tuesdays across all six circles.
The Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) has introduced 'Sahyog Shivir' across all six of its operational circles. These camps are designed to serve as a centralized point for residents to submit complaints, suggestions, and applications pertaining to civic services and other government departments.
The initiative is scheduled to take place on the first and third Tuesday of each month, fostering direct engagement between citizens and municipal officials. While the PMC will address its own service-related applications, issues concerning other departments will be promptly forwarded to the respective authorities for resolution.
Municipal Commissioner Yashpal Meena stated that the 'Sahyog Shivir' aims to make the grievance redressal process more accessible for citizens and reduce the necessity of visiting various government offices. Residents are encouraged to utilize these camps with their applications and supporting documents.
Specific locations for the camps include Ashiana Palace near Lalu Khatwal for Patliputra circle, Kaushal Nagar Community Hall for New Capital circle, and Community Hall in Patna for Bankipur circle. Kankarbagh circle residents can visit Community Bhawan Mandir, Navratnapur. Chhoti Nagla, Panchit Baithaka will host the Patna City circle camp, and Government Middle School in Ramna will serve the Azimabad circle.
The PMC urges residents to actively participate in this grievance redressal process to contribute to the enhancement of civic services throughout Patna.
