Palm Oil Conclave 2025: Reshaping Perceptions!

In a significant effort to mold public understanding and cultivate a more responsible palm oil sector in India, the Asian Palm Oil Alliance (APOA) is joining forces with Solidaridad and The Solvent Extractors' Association of India (SEA). They are organizing the Palm Oil Conclave 2025, scheduled for December 6 in Bhopal. This important gathering will focus on "Reshaping Perceptions through Palm Oil Dialogues - Health, Markets, Climate." This theme underscores the event's commitment to exploring critical areas.

The conclave will feature a diverse assembly of participants, including nutritionists, medical professionals, major palm oil buyers and processors, and senior journalists. Key institutions such as the National Institute of Nutrition and officials from the Government of India's Food & Drug departments are expected to contribute. Representatives from Godrej Agrovet Ltd, the Council of Palm Oil Producing Countries (CPOPC) of Indonesia, and the Malaysia Palm Oil Council will also be part of the discussions.

The organizers state that a primary objective of the Conclave is to provide stakeholders and consumers with clear, evidence-based information. This initiative is designed to equip attendees with the knowledge necessary to make well-informed decisions about palm oil consumption and its diverse applications, thereby fostering a more nuanced public discourse.
