Parkkinen, affiliated with Toberoff & Associates, is reportedly at the forefront of Musk's legal strategy. In contrast, Sam Altman has bolstered his defense by enlisting the expertise of prominent law firms, including Morrison & Foerster and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz. The dispute intensified recently with Musk's xAI accusing OpenAI of stealing trade secrets.

Interestingly, Parkkinen also manages a 'Clown Cardio' business in Los Angeles, viewing the performance aspects of clowning as beneficial to his legal career. He believes the art of connecting with people, essential in litigation, is also central to his unique profession.
