Onward Technologies Ltd. has reported a record-breaking financial year for FY26, concluding on March 31, 2026. The company announced its highest-ever annual revenue and profit. Consolidated revenue reached ₹550.9 crore, marking a 10.5% increase from the previous year.
Profit after tax saw a substantial 72.3% rise to ₹46.7 crore, with EBITDA jumping 60.9% to ₹71.9 crore. This growth was attributed to operating leverage and cost discipline. The board recommended a dividend of ₹8 per share, a notable increase from ₹5 last year.
However, the fourth quarter of FY26 presented a mixed picture. Revenue grew 6.9% year-on-year to ₹139.0 crore. Yet, quarterly profit after tax declined by 10.4%, and EBITDA margins contracted compared to the preceding quarter.
Despite the strong annual performance, the company's stock experienced a decline, closing at ₹243.40 on the NSE. The market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹553 crore, with the stock trading significantly below its 52-week high. The company plans to focus on scaling its offshore model and strengthening vertical specialisation in FY27.
