- This merger creates a layered ISR stack from ground to stratosphere.
- Acquisition aligns Ondas with rising global defense modernization spending.

Ondas Inc. has completed its acquisition of World View Enterprises, a company specializing in stratospheric intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). This strategic move aims to build a comprehensive ISR stack, integrating capabilities from the ground up to the stratosphere.
The core of this integration is World View's Stratollite platform, a high-altitude balloon system. Its long-endurance capabilities provide continuous wide-area coverage, complementing Ondas' existing drone, counter-UAS, and ground robotics systems.
Through a partnership with Palantir, these diverse systems will be unified on an AI-driven platform. This integration is designed to merge data, support real-time decision-making, and coordinate missions, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.
The acquisition aligns with a global increase in defense modernization, autonomous systems, and security investments. By acquiring World View, Ondas broadens its addressable market and strengthens its position in significant defense programs.
This follows Ondas' recent acquisition of INDO Earth Moving Ltd., which added a substantial military contract. Ondas is evolving into a comprehensive AI-enabled defense technology provider.
