Omaxe Secures RERA Nod for Punjab, UP Developments

Realty firm Omaxe Ltd announced on March 21, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiaries have obtained RERA registration certificates for two forthcoming residential plotted development projects. These projects are "Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B" in New Chandigarh, Punjab, and "Metro City P-8B" in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The Punjab project, registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority, is developed by Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited. The Uttar Pradesh project, "Metro City P-8B," is being developed by Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited and is situated in Lucknow. Both project registrations are valid until late 2027 and late 2030, respectively, unless extended.
The RERA approvals confirm adherence to regulations, permit project sales and advertising, and guarantee buyer transparency and legal security. These certifications are anticipated to enhance Omaxe's brand reputation and contribute positively to its consolidated financial performance.
