Owned by the Cameron family for over four decades since their purchase of a larger property in 1978 for $1 million, the ranch is now being sold via online auction by Concierge Auctions. Barron and Tessa Hilton of Compass California served as the listing agents. The auction's opening bid of $20 million is a starting point, and the property's record currently lists it at this amount with a pending status.
