Summary
- Nvidia projects over $1 trillion in data center revenue by 2027.
- This projection primarily includes sales from Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin chips.
- New products like Groq 3 and Vera racks could push revenue beyond $1 trillion.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has projected that the company will achieve upward of $1 trillion in data center revenue by 2027. This forecast initially focused on sales from the Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin chips. Huang clarified that this figure is a conservative estimate, as it does not include anticipated revenue from newly debuted platforms.
The CEO indicated that the introduction of products like the Groq 3 chip, Vera CPU rack, and storage rack systems is expected to push the total revenue well beyond the $1 trillion mark. Huang had previously forecasted $500 billion in revenue by the end of 2026, a figure he now expects to significantly exceed.
Approximately 60% of these projected sales are anticipated to come from hyperscalers such as Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft. The remaining 40% will be sourced from neocloud providers, industrial and enterprise applications, and sovereign AI initiatives.
Nvidia reported $215.9 billion in fiscal year 2026 revenue, a 65% increase year-over-year. The company is also working to meet demand for its chips in China, navigating geopolitical considerations regarding AI technology.
