In addition to gaming revenue, the Norfolk temporary casino generated roughly $254,000 in tax revenue for November. Meanwhile, operators Boyd Gaming and the Pamunkey Indian Tribe are progressing with plans for a permanent $750 million casino resort, featuring a 200-room hotel and extensive amenities, slated for a fall 2027 debut.
