New Train Connects Bihar and Rajasthan: Darbhanga-Jaipur Route Opens

Rail connectivity between Bihar and Rajasthan has been significantly strengthened with the introduction of the new Amrit Bharat Express train (19725/19726). This service aims to meet the growing travel demand between Darbhanga in Bihar and Jaipur in Rajasthan.
The inaugural run of the 22-coach train commenced from Khatipura in Jaipur on Sunday. Regular operations are scheduled to begin on June 22 from Jaipur and June 23 from Darbhanga, with the train running six days a week. It will not operate on Fridays from Jaipur and on Sundays from Darbhanga.
The train departs Jaipur at 10:30 PM, arriving in Darbhanga on the third day around 12:55 AM. The return journey starts from Darbhanga at 4:30 AM, reaching Jaipur the next day around 8:40 AM. This new service is expected to greatly benefit passengers traveling for education, employment, business, and family visits between the two states.
