Hyundai Motor India Limited has introduced the refreshed Hyundai EXTER, a compact SUV celebrated for its bold styling and advanced technology. This latest iteration enhances safety, making it an attractive option for families and new drivers. Its design features a commanding presence with a redesigned front and rear, R15 diamond-cut alloys, and a sporty spoiler, complemented by the segment's tallest height and longest wheelbase.
The interior offers a premium dual-tone Navy and Grey cabin, a 3D carbon-pattern dashboard, and segment-first metal pedals. Enhancements include generous passenger space, a 391-litre boot capacity, and versatile seating. The EXTER also boasts a 1st-in-segment dashcam, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and over 60 Bluelink connected features, alongside extensive offline voice command support.
Under the hood, the EXTER is powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine available with Manual and AMT transmissions. A notable addition is the Hy‑CNG Duo variant, offering a bi-fuel option with dual cylinders. Safety is a priority, with 45 advanced and 30 standard safety features, including ESC, HAC, and six airbags across all variants.
The new Hyundai EXTER is available in seven monotone and one dual-tone color option, with prices ranging from Rs 5.79 lakh to Rs 9.41 lakh for petrol variants, and Rs 6.99 lakh to Rs 9.40 lakh for Hy‑CNG variants. Bookings are open for Rs 11,000.
