NBCC India Secures ₹83 Crore in New Orders

State-run NBCC India Ltd announced on Wednesday, June 3, the acquisition of new work orders valued at approximately ₹83.24 crore before GST. These recent contracts were secured in the ordinary course of business.
One significant order comes from Canara Bank for ₹39.99 crore, designated for the construction of a residential building in Borivali West, Mumbai. Another substantial contract, worth ₹37.74 crore, was awarded by the F&ARD Department of Odisha, Bhubaneswar. This project involves extensive construction and expansion works across several districts in Odisha.
The Odisha project's scope is broad, including the development of regional veterinary hospitals, polyclinics, diagnostic laboratories, and livestock aid centers. Additionally, NBCC received a ₹5.51 crore order for the upgradation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's residence in New Delhi.
Financially, NBCC India reported a consolidated net profit of ₹253.5 crore for the March quarter, a notable increase from ₹182.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This growth was supported by an exceptional gain of ₹80.1 crore related to a real estate project in Kochi.
For the full fiscal year FY26, NBCC's standalone revenue from operations reached ₹9,755.3 crore, with net profit rising to ₹703.3 crore. NBCC (India) Ltd shares closed at ₹102.20 on the BSE, marking a slight decrease of 1.78%.
