NBCC India Ltd announced on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, that it has received new work orders valued at approximately ₹345.04 crore, excluding Goods and Services Tax. These orders were awarded by domestic entities and fall within the company's normal business operations.
The primary contract involves a project management consultancy assignment from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. This project, valued at about ₹332.99 crore, encompasses the planning, design, and development for constructing academic blocks, 2 BHK and 3 BHK housing units, and a student activity center with a sports complex at the IIT Mandi campus in Kamand, Himachal Pradesh.
Furthermore, NBCC secured a separate contract worth approximately ₹12.05 crore from Kandla SEZ. This agreement covers day-to-day annual maintenance work, including manpower and materials for housekeeping, horticulture, electrical, plumbing, and civil works, along with various facility management services. The maintenance is scheduled from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
