Outside the capital, East Road in Elmbridge, Surrey, is highlighted as the most expensive street, with an average price nearing £8.8 million. It is the sole area beyond London to feature in the top 20, signifying its unique standing in the national property market.
Scotland's priciest street is Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh at £560,000, while Wales's most expensive is Hollybush Road in Cardiff, priced at £1.2 million. This data is based on homes available for sale in January, with at least five properties listed on each street.
