Marc Anthony's Manager Departs Magnus to Launch Pimiento Entertainment

As of October 20th, 2025, Felipe Pimiento, who has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Magnus Entertainment for the past 10 years, has departed the company to launch his own management firm, Pimiento Entertainment. Pimiento's first client under the new venture will be his longtime collaborator, superstar Marc Anthony.

Pimiento and Anthony have enjoyed a decades-long partnership, with Pimiento being an integral part of Anthony's management team. "Felipe has been an integral part of my management team for over 10 years. I trust his vision, his commitment, and his ability to make things happen," said Anthony in a statement. The two will continue to work closely together, with Magnus Talent Agency remaining Anthony's booking agency.

Pimiento describes his new company as a "boutique artist management company" that will specialize in artist management, tour management, and strategic brand services - an approach already tested through his work with Anthony and other Magnus artists. "Marc and I have built a relationship founded on trust, vision, and results," Pimiento said. "With this next chapter, our focus at Pimiento Entertainment is on delivering the highest level of personalized management -- designing careers with intention, building brands with purpose, and ensuring every stage, screen, and partnership reflects the artist's identity and goals."
