Mahindra Lifespace Developers is preparing for significant growth, targeting pre-sales of ₹4,500 to ₹5,000 crore for the 2026-27 financial year. To support this, the company plans to launch residential projects valued between ₹7,000 and ₹8,000 crore by the end of the fourth quarter of FY26 and the beginning of Q1 FY27. These launches, alongside phase expansions of existing projects, are expected to drive sales momentum.
Managing Director and CEO Amit Kumar Sinha noted that while demand shows moderation in specific segments and micro-markets, overall inventory levels are stable. He highlighted a noticeable shift towards branded developers, who are benefiting from a stronger market preference. Mahindra Lifespace, with its strong track record, is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend across its key markets in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune.
