- AI startup Lovable secured $330 million in Series B funding.
- Company's valuation surged to $6.6 billion within five months.
- Lovable achieved over $200 million ARR in less than a year.

Swedish AI firm Lovable has seen its valuation soar, securing $330 million in a Series B funding round led by CapitalG and Menlo Ventures. This latest investment values the company at $6.6 billion, a significant increase from its $1.8 billion valuation in July. Lovable, which launched in 2024, quickly capitalized on the AI boom with its "vibe-coding" tool, enabling code generation via text prompts.
The company's rapid ascent is marked by its achievement of over $200 million in annual recurring revenue in under a year, serving prominent clients such as Klarna and Uber. Lovable plans to utilize the new capital to deepen third-party integrations, expand enterprise features, and build out essential infrastructure for full-fledged application development.
Despite facing scrutiny over past VAT non-payment, Lovable's CEO, Anton Osika, emphasized the company's ability to scale globally from Sweden. This growth mirrors a trend in "vibe coding," with competitors like Cursor also experiencing substantial funding rounds and valuation increases.
