Lodha Developers Expands in Pune with Major Acquisition

Lodha Developers has significantly expanded its presence in Pune with the acquisition of Solidrise Realty Private Limited. The Mumbai-based firm secured an 80% equity stake in Solidrise Realty for ₹294.07 crore. This transaction, finalized on February 16, 2026, is set to strengthen Lodha's foothold in Pune.
The real estate giant also revealed strong financial results for the third quarter. Lodha Developers' profit increased to ₹956.9 crore, a slight rise from the previous year's ₹944.4 crore. Revenue from operations saw a substantial growth of 14.4%, reaching ₹4,672 crore compared to ₹4,083 crore in the prior year.
Further financial highlights from the quarter include a notable increase in EBITDA, which rose by 8.4% year-on-year to ₹1,415 crore. The operating margin for the quarter was 30.3%, a marginal decrease from 32% in the corresponding period of FY25. Despite these positive developments, Lodha Developers' stock experienced a slight decline.
