Lemon Tree aims to leverage its brand strength in popular international locales. Domestically, the company continues to focus on growth, exploring franchise models for unbranded hotels and planning to create two publicly traded entities within 12 to 15 months.
Despite global geopolitical tensions, particularly in the Middle East, Lemon Tree Hotels remains committed to its mid-term expansion strategy. The company's focus on an asset-light model and integration of unbranded hotels signals a dynamic approach to capturing India's vast hospitality market.
