Landmark Group Acquires 22 Acres for Mega Gurugram Development

Landmark Group is set to undertake a substantial Rs 15,000 crore expansion in the National Capital Region (NCR). This strategic growth includes the acquisition of a 22-acre land parcel along the Dwarka Expressway, designated for integrated development.
The centerpiece of this expansion is Landmark One, a corporate project in Gurugram with an estimated value of Rs 4,000 crore. It is designed to offer 2.1 million sq ft of leasable area and establish a new benchmark for office infrastructure.
Furthermore, a Rs 11,000 crore mixed-use and residential development is planned for the Dwarka Expressway site. The group has secured Rs 330 crore in funding from the State Bank of India (SBI) for the initial phase of Landmark One.
Landmark One will feature flexible office floor plates, retail spaces, and executive amenities. Construction for the project is ongoing, with completion anticipated by May 2033. Pankaj Pal has been appointed as Managing Director to lead this new growth phase.
