This initiative follows a mandatory audit prompted by a warehouse collapse. As of the latest report, scrutiny has been completed for 585 out of 706 identified projects. CREDAI has pledged full cooperation with the government in the ongoing examination of remaining projects.
The move aims to bolster investor confidence and revitalize construction activities within the region. CREDAI emphasized its commitment to RERA compliance and advised homebuyers to verify developer credentials before purchasing properties registered under RERA.
