KKR & Co. Inc. announced record-breaking financial results for the second quarter of 2026, driven by robust growth across its diverse business segments. Fee-related earnings reached a quarterly record of $1.32 per share, marking a 34% increase year-over-year. Total operating earnings and adjusted net income also hit new highs, surging by 27% and 38% respectively.
Fundraising efforts proved exceptionally successful, with KKR raising $34 billion in the second quarter and a remarkable $133 billion over the trailing 12 months. This performance allowed the firm to surpass its ambitious three-year fundraising target of $300 billion, achieving this milestone in just two and a half years. Capital deployment also saw significant activity, with $24 billion invested during the quarter.
Management fees contributed substantially, totaling $1.2 billion, an 18% increase excluding catch-up fees. The company reported $72 billion in committed capital yet to earn fees, with a weighted-average management fee of approximately 90 basis points once invested. Assets under management saw impressive growth across key strategies, including a doubling of infrastructure assets and a sixfold increase in wealth assets.
KKR is also expanding its infrastructure capabilities, notably with the launch of Helix Digital Infrastructure in June 2026. This new venture secured over $10 billion in initial long-duration committed capital and focuses on providing data center, power, and connectivity solutions. The initiative is led by former Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky and has strategic partners such as NVIDIA and Vistra.
