Kipaş Textile Boosts Efficiency with German Tech

Kipaş Textile, a Turkish integrated textile producer, has significantly enhanced its dyeing and finishing capabilities by installing new German-made machinery. The Kahramanmaraş facility now features Monforts' Thermex continuous dyeing range and Monfortex sanforizer, technologies known for their high productivity and energy efficiency.

These advanced systems offer precise dye application, ensuring excellent color reproducibility and enabling quick execution of smaller lot sizes, a growing industry trend. The Monfortex sanforizer is engineered for minimal fabric shrinkage while maintaining fabric quality and a desirable hand feel.

Kipaş CEO Halit Gümüser stated that the company's diverse product range and agile structure provide resilience against market fluctuations. He expressed extreme satisfaction with the installation process and Monforts' continuous support, which ensured operational continuity. Kipaş already utilizes several Monforts lines and recently launched a recycling platform for polyester textiles.

Gümüser highlighted Turkey's strategic advantages, including fast logistics to Europe, a strong textile heritage, and a skilled workforce, which contribute to high-quality production.
