Hyderabad-based KETO Motors has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Telangana government to establish a significant electric bus manufacturing facility in Jadcherla. This project represents an investment of ₹300 crore and is anticipated to create more than 2,000 direct jobs within the first three years of operation.
The proposed facility will focus on producing 9-metre electric buses. The Telangana government has committed to supporting the project by streamlining necessary clearances via the TG-iPASS single-window approval system. This initiative aligns with the state's broader strategy to enhance clean mobility and bolster electric vehicle manufacturing.

KETO Motors, already producing electric autos and buses, will leverage this expansion to meet domestic and export demands, further contributing to India's manufacturing capabilities.
