JSW Infrastructure is undergoing a strategic transformation, aiming to evolve from a traditional port operator into a fully integrated logistics and infrastructure platform. The company is aggressively expanding its operations beyond cargo handling to encompass the entire supply chain.

Expansion also includes growing its presence in Gati Shakti Cargo Terminals through an asset-light model and potential acquisitions of container freight stations and ICD businesses.
In terms of project execution, the Tuticorin Bulk Terminal is slated for completion by Q4 FY27, with interim operations already underway. The Kolkata Container Terminal is also progressing, with its full facility expected by Q3 FY28. Brownfield expansions at Jaigarh and Dharamtar are anticipated by March 2027.
Financially, JSW Infrastructure reported an 18.1% YoY revenue growth to Rs 1,445 crore in Q1 FY27, though its profit after tax saw an 8.2% YoY decline to Rs 358 crore. Management projects total FY27 revenue to reach Rs 6,850 crore, growing to Rs 10,800 crore by FY28.
