JRB Group is charting an ambitious course, aiming to achieve a revenue of ₹1,000 crore over the next five years. This substantial growth will be fueled by aggressive expansion strategies across its diverse brand portfolio, which includes popular names like Sagar Ratna, Swagath, and Ocean World. The current annual revenue stands at over ₹400-450 crore, with a projected annual growth of 12-15% from existing operations.
The flagship brand, Sagar Ratna, is slated for significant doubling of its presence, targeting 170 outlets nationwide within three to five years. Expansion efforts will focus on key Indian states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, alongside major cities. JRB Group is also venturing into international markets, with plans to launch two Sagar Ratna outlets in Europe within the next six months, specifically in the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with broader European, American, and Southeast Asian ambitions to follow.
Beyond Sagar Ratna, the group plans steady growth for its fine-dining seafood brand, Swagath, adding approximately five outlets in India and two overseas by FY27. The hospitality arm, Ocean World, will see the addition of four new luxury 4-star properties over the next five years, primarily in Bangalore and Tirupati, capitalizing on the growing demand in these regions. This multi-pronged approach underscores JRB Group's strategic vision for sustained expansion and market penetration.
