JM Financial Asset Management has officially entered the pre-IPO investment sector with the launch of its first Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under Category II. This new fund is designed with a substantial target corpus of ₹1,500 crore and has secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The primary objective of this fund is to invest in companies that are expected to pursue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) within the next 18 months.
Managed by Jaisinh Suchak, who brings over two decades of financial services experience, the fund aligns with JM Financial's strategic expansion of its AIF platform.
