The monthly rent begins at ₹64.13 lakh, translating to ₹53 per square foot, with an additional common area maintenance charge of ₹13 per sq ft. The transaction, which includes 134 dedicated car parking spaces, highlights the growing appeal of emerging micro-markets like Poppalguda and Gandipet for large-scale commercial leasing.
This move by JLL reflects a sustained demand for Grade A office spaces in Hyderabad's western corridor.
