ITC Hotels Sees 9% Profit Jump Amid Expansion

ITC Hotels announced a consolidated net profit of ₹235.13 crore for the third quarter of FY26, marking a 9.38% rise compared to the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter climbed by 21.2% to ₹1230.68 crore, up from ₹1015.40 crore in the same period last fiscal.
Total expenses increased by 17.5% year-on-year to ₹870.02 crore. Meanwhile, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) saw a 23% increase, reaching ₹467 crore, with an improved EBITDA margin of 38%.
On a standalone basis, room revenue grew by 12%, fueled by corporate, wedding, and MICE segments. Average daily rates (ADRs) rose by 9%, and occupancy increased by 290 basis points, contributing to a 13% growth in revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Food & Beverage revenue also saw an 8% increase, primarily driven by banqueting for weddings and corporate events. The company is expanding its presence in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, opening new hotels in Bodh Gaya, Rishikesh, Siliguri, Sirmaur, Dungarpur, and Jaipur.
Last year, ITC Hotels signed 28 new hotels comprising 2790 keys, a 26% increase over the previous year. The company achieved a key milestone by crossing 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 keys during the third quarter of this fiscal year.
The hotels business was demerged into ITC Hotels Ltd effective January 1, 2025, with shares listed on NSE and BSE on January 29, 2025.
